Who can reserve a space?
Flea Market Madness is for sellers of all kinds. From someone who needs to unclutter and wants to earn a few dollars while doing it, to professional vendors, crafters, mom to mom sales, those who sell clothing, handcrafted jewelry, art, collectibles, vintage items, et cetera. It’s even for bands, web sites, and businesses who need to hand out their promotional materials to gain exposure.
Pretty much anyone can reserve a space to sell items or give-away their handouts at our market; however, there’s always something that makes this statement necessary, “FMM reserves the right to be selective and allow/deny sellers as they deem appropriate, at their sole discretion.”
FMM markets are INSIDE in climate controlled environments ~no weather issues! If a market is ever cancelled, a notice will be posted on this web site (FleaMarketMadness.com), a message will be sent to the e-mail list, and a recorded message will be left on (609).589-3300.
Vendor space is limited. You may reserve as many dates/spaces as you wish. Seller spaces are assigned on a first paid, first filled basis ..sort”a. FMM will ask you what you sell so similar items can be separated as much as possible; however, if (for example) twelve gals are planning to sell Chunky Funky Jewelry, FMM will assign the CFJ”ers who reserved first to the market, and have the others sell at future markets.
If your reservation arrives after vendor space is sold out, you will be notified immediately. You can choose to be placed on a waiting list, receive a full refund, or to have the payment placed towards a future market.
Market dates are HERE. The official market times are 10am-3:30pm; although, the doors will be open for ”early birds”. As we have all experienced, some of the best deals are made with a buyer sidetracking your 7:30am set-up by going through your boxes before they are unpacked.
The end time can be a bit flexible if there are still a lot of buyers in the building. Except! on Asylum Arena dates when there is an evening event ~on these dates, sellers must be completely out of the building by 4:30pm. No exceptions.
Seller space is 10′ wide x 9′ deep / half spaces are 5′ wide x 4.5′ deep. Spaces are assigned. Bring set-ups/displays. No tables are provided; however, FMM will consider renting tables for the day if there is enough interest, and sellers want to pay extra for the rental. Please contact us to be put on a list, we’ll get a quote based on the number of tables, and advise you of the extra cost.
To be placed next to a friend, advise FMM after you have both sent in your reservations.
Check-in is 7:30am, there will be a make-shift FMM office inside the entrance. Sellers will sign a Vendor Application, and be given their assigned space.
Vendors must arrive before 9am. Arriving after 9am will result in you losing your space assignment. You may be placed in another location, space permitting. If you can not be placed, you agree to forfeit your payment, which will be processed as a donation.
Walk-up sellers (without a reservation) should arrive between 8am and 9am. Park in a regular parking space. Do not unload anything until you are given your space assignment. At 8am, FMM will fill Walk-up”s in un-assigned spaces. At 9am, FMM will fill no-show/late reserved spaces with Walk-up”s. The Walk-up seller fee to be paid with cash only.
Want to knock out the competition? All you have to do is reserve two or more tables, and add a $50 exclusivity fee. You must contact FMM and set this up in advance. You can not bump someone out of a space that is already reserved. Your exclusive category must be very specific.
Examples: *records* is too broad, *vintage records* is specific .. *hair accessories* is too broad, *feather hair accessories* and *homemade hair bands* are specific.
Advertise! Tell everyone that you will be selling at Flea Market Madness. Spread the word as if you”re a one wo/man show. Of course, we”ll be advertising the market; however, word-of-mouth is the best advertising. If everyone tells all their people, there will be tons of buyers for everyone. Please print flyers and give them to friends, place on your next vending table, post on your grocery store bulletin board, in your office .. thank you.
Keep FMM advised of your advertising efforts .. we believe in spoiling “above & beyond” people.
FMM requests you e-mail a few highlights and/or photos of the items you will be selling .. these will be used in advertising, as teasers.

Bounced checks are embarrassing; a quick & simple solution, which will cut-out an awkward conversation, is to immediately mail FMM a money order for the check value plus $35. After it”s in the hands of the post office, send a quick ”heads-up” e-mail so FMM knows to expect it.
A seller who is cancelling must contact FMM by 5pm,ET on the Wednesday before the market. You can choose to receive a full refund, or have the payment placed towards a future market. If you are marked as a NO SHOW, you are not entitled to a refund, and your payment will be processed as a donation.
Flea Market Madness hates to be a noodge but must insist that you conduct your business within the law. FMM will assume that what you are selling is legal for you to sell, was acquired legally, and that you have taken care of your business by getting any licenses, permits, &/or whatever is needed to sell your items.
Flea Market Madness claims no responsibility for any Seller infractions/transactions, and by reserving a table, Sellers assure all their merchandise is not boot-legged and all transactions will be conducted legally.
It’s just easiest for a seller to operate under the assumption that some legal entity will stop by and check. If you’re unsure if your product is legal to sell, call the local government offices prior to the flea market, and ask them.
